Illustration Friday - Fat
Last week was a little abstraction this week I went with another digital image- Dizzy Gillespie. I have always loved seeing very expressive jazz paintings and I decided to do a version. When I hear Fat I think of this talented musician and those cheeks! Let me know your thoughts.

You just keep getting better and better. Love the colors and the use of light in this piece. The purple tones for shadows are great.

Dizzy is dazzling. Louis Armstrong would also fit the bill. :-)

Success!! Your expressive jazz painting fits in with the best of them. Were you listening to Dizzy for inspiration?

Dizzy's cheeks always look like they're gonna pop. You've captured that wonderfully. Congrats on the magazine feature!
Lastly, very dreamy 'under the sea'. I really like the colors and textures there.
